I have 11+ years of experience in individual, group, and couples counseling. My treatment focus areas are: anxiety, depression, couples therapy and trauma to name a few. I employ Cognitive Behavioral, Reality and Solution Focused Therapy approaches. I work collaboratively with my clients, challenging their faulty thoughts and behaviors, while helping them adopt a new way of being that will lead them to living life abundantly. Couples Counseling

Group Therapy
